I started Alpha-Gal Gal as a way to share my journey and lived experiences with Alpha-Gal Syndrome. My formal diagnosis came in 2018, and since then, I’ve shared many of the highs and lows of life with AGS through my Instagram—hoping to inform, support, and connect with others along the way.

I believe literature has the power to connect kids in meaningful ways. When children see themselves reflected in stories, it is powerful. One of my goals was to create that space for kids living with AGS—to help them feel seen, understood, and empowered.
